Ingredients
- ¾ cup coffee (optional but recommended for long-lasting energy)
- ¼ cup milk (can substitute with non-dairy alternatives)
- 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1½-2 frozen bananas
- Ice (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
