Coffee Chocolate Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coffee (optional but recommended for long-lasting energy)
  • ¼ cup milk (can substitute with non-dairy alternatives)
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • 1½-2 frozen bananas
  • Ice (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
