Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Flour
  • 1/2 Cup of Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Coconut Oil Spray

Instructions

Active Cook:

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Flour, Protein Powder, Coconut Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: Eggs, Almond Milk, and Vanilla Extract
  • Fold Dry Ingredients into Wet until nice consistency
  • Set Waffle Iron to Medium; Grease with Coconut Spray
  • Pull When Starts to Smoke (~3 mins)
