Instructions
- Heat pan to medium (4-6 setting).
- Add a pad of butter and let it melt.
- For easy shell removal: Wet your finger slightly before grabbing shell pieces. The shell will stick to your finger rather than being frustrating to catch.
- Carefully crack eggs onto the hot buttered pan.
- Season eggs with your preferred spices.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes for perfect doneness.
- Optional cheese method:
- Place shredded or sliced cheese directly on the pan.
